Growing up as the second oldest in a middle-class family of six children, I know all about family dynamics and the sometimes competing interests among family members. I also know what it is like to raise a family during these financially and socially uncertain and ever-changing times. And, more recently, I have personally dealt with the issues affecting aging parents, those same parents who worked so hard to provide for their large families.
These experiences have shaped the way that I run my estate planning and estate and trust administration law practice. I will learn what matters most to you and tailor my legal advice to whatever level of sophistication is sensible for you. That could mean preparing a simple Will and a financial and health care Power of Attorney or creating a very comprehensive plan that includes a revocable living trust and irrevocable trust. Most importantly, I will be sensitive to the fact that each person has distinctive needs and will customize my approach to address your particular legal needs and to accomplish your individual objectives.
I take pride in addressing each client’s concerns in a clear and understandable manner. I make every attempt to respond to your telephone calls within 24 hours and will always keep you up-to date and informed about the progress of your legal matter. I am driven to efficiently and responsively achieve your estate planning goals or to guide you through the estate administration and probate process.
